To be honest and open with your therapist in talking about yourself and the issues that have brought you to counselling. |

That you will reflect on your conversations with your therapist in between sessions. |

Ask any questions you may have as therapy progresses and maintain a high level of involvement in the direction of counselling. |

To keep to your weekly appointment or to give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel the appointment. A cancellation fee is charged when less that 24 hours is given. |
